Sleepers are flip flops made of natural rubber, tapped in Sri Lanka. The natural rubber is tapped under Fair Trade conditions by Fair Rubber, ensuring the working and living conditions of the primary producers of natural latex. The natural rubber is tapped in a way that ensures the natural life cycle of the trees (around 20-30 gram from each tree every day). Natural rubber breathes, is easy to clean and is incredibly comfortable to wear.

The compound that Sleepers is made of also contains 10-15 % synthetic rubber. This is, to this date, the minimum requirement synthetic rubber needed in order for the flip flops to have the correct consistency and quality. This way, the flip flips do not break down too fast. We are always on the search for the most optimal solutions.

SHIPPING

As you place your order, your shipping costs will be automatically calculated for you based on your shipping address, and the method you choose. We will ship any method you prefer (most commonly used and most cost-efficient, is USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail).

If you prefer to ship via a method not listed on our website, please call us to complete your order over the phone at 949-715-8308.

We *typically* ship out orders either the day-of the order was placed, or the next business day (depending if order was submitted over the weekend/holiday).

**Please allow additional time for your order to be shipping during a sale, as we have a surplus of orders to pack.
 

TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once your package ships, you’ll receive  a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. To check the status of your order, log into your account and select the order number you’d like to track, then click the tracking link that appears at the top of the page.

Please note: it may take up to 48 hours from the time the mail carrier scans your package to when tracking information is available. 

 

LOST & STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly. With USPS, you can file a Missing Mail Search, and you can also File a Claim to claim the $50 insurance included with Priority Mail, which we can do our best to assist you with, if needed.

 

LOCAL IN-STORE PICKUP

For our local customers, you can also choose IN-STORE PICKUP for free, and we will have your order ready the day your order is placed (usually within the hour!).

More than anything, we want you to love your purchased goods. Online orders are eligible for a full refund to original payment method or online credit (excluding shipping fees),  IF product(s) are returned within 14 days after the date that you your order was delivered.

Example: order delivery date was May 1st; returned package must be postmarked no later that May 15th (latest) to qualify for a refund.

Items that were purchased need to be returned in the same, "sellable" condition as when originally purchased. i.e: not washed, not worn, not damaged, and with all original tags and accessories attached. (Swimwear must also include hygienic liner in place)

Shipping fees will not reimbursed for returned purchases (otherwise the return is due to an error the staff made (ex: shipping wrong item, etc)

SALE / DISCOUNTED ITEMS are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for return/refund/exchange/store credit.

 

ALL RETURNS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

  • Returned product must be postmarked up to 14 days of the date your order was DELIVERED to qualify for a refund.
  • Product must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all original tags and accessories attached.
  • Footwear must include the original shoe box, in its original condition.
  • When an item is returned, shipping charges are not refunded or reimbursed--You are responsible for the costs of shipping any item back to The Shop. We recommend shipping using either USPS First Class or USPS Ground Advantage for the least expensive return shipping rates.

 

HOW SHOULD I SEND MY RETURNED ITEM(S) BACK:

  1. Neatly repackage your items with receipt or order paperwork that came with your purchase (we need to be able to see your name and order number).
  2. Send back your return to us (at your expense) to the address below, using any method desired:

    RETURN / REFUND PROCESSING TIME:

    If your return arrives in the 14-day return window and meets the guidelines above, your payment will be refunded to your original method of payment ASAP.
    *Keep in mind, some banks take 3-7 business days to post refunds.
    If you request an online gift card or exchange, please include a note with your return so we can do our best to accommodate your request.

    A refund confirmation email will be sent as soon as the return has been processed.
