Thank you for making your purchase with us here at The Shop., more than anything we want you to love your purchased goods. Most orders placed online are eligible for a full refund or exchange if the return package is postmarked within 14 days of the date your order was delivered to your location.

Shipping fees are not reimbursed for returned purchases (unless we made a mistake with your order or item is unknowingly received damaged, etc.).

Items that were purchased need to be returned in the same condition as when purchased. i.e: not washed, not worn or damaged, and with all original tags and accessories attached.

SALE items and lingerie are FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

**Some items discounted for a promo, may be final sale. Each promo we offer will have specific details on this

 

ALL RETURNS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

Product must be returned postmarked within 14 days of you receiving your order.
Product must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed.
Merchandise must have all tags and accessories attached.
Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition.
When an item is returned, shipping charges are not refunded.

Return Shipping costs are not reimbursed by The Shop., Laguna Beach, unless we made the error with your order, or the item is received damaged, etc.

RETURNS & REFUND TIME:

If you return arrives in the 14-day return window, and meets the guidelines above, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Some banks may require additional days to process returns.

If you sent your return back after the 14-day return window, your return *MIGHT* be eligible for a return issued in the form of an online gift card (no refund).  This is a case-by-case offer, and is subject to approval.
