Cupro and Viscose are renowned for their silky texture and beautiful drape, making them perfect for your dress, skirt, and top. These materials, however, require gentle handling to maintain their quality over time.
Hand Wash Cool
- Gently hand wash your garment in cool water to preserve the fabric's integrity and color. Use a mild, eco-friendly detergent specifically designed for delicate fabrics.
- Avoid soaking for extended periods, which can affect the fabric's color and strength. Instead, gently swish the garment through the water to ensure it's thoroughly cleaned.
Do Not Wring
- After washing, do not wring out your garment. Wringing can twist and damage the delicate fibers. Instead, gently press the water out without twisting.
Lay Flat to Dry
- Carefully lay your garment flat on a clean, dry towel away from direct sunlight and heat. Sunlight can fade the fabric, while heat can cause shrinkage and damage to the fiber structure.
- Reshape the garment while it's damp to ensure it dries in its original form. This step is crucial for maintaining the silhouette and fit of your dress, skirt, or top.
Additional Fabric Care Tips:
- Avoid Rough Surfaces: To prevent snags and pilling, be cautious of rough surfaces or sharp objects that may come into contact with the fabric.
- Ironing: If needed, iron on a low heat setting with a pressing cloth between the iron and the garment to protect the fabric. Cupro and Viscose can be sensitive to high heat.
- Storage: Store your garment in a cool, dry place. Hang it on a padded hanger or fold it neatly to avoid creases. Ensure it's completely dry before storing to prevent mildew and fabric damage.
- Dry Cleaning: For difficult stains or to preserve the garment's optimal condition, professional dry cleaning is recommended. Choose a dry cleaner experienced in handling delicate fabrics.

As you place your order, your shipping costs will be automatically calculated for you based on your shipping address, and the method you choose. We will ship any method you prefer (most commonly used and most cost-efficient, is USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail). Shipping is FREE via USPS Ground Advantage on USA orders $100+
If you prefer to ship via a method not listed on our website, please call us to complete your order over the phone at 949-715-8308.
We *typically* ship out orders either the day-of the order was placed, or the next business day (depending if order was submitted over the weekend/holiday).
**Please allow additional time for your order to be shipping during a sale, as we have a surplus of orders to pack.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your package ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. To check the status of your order, log into your account and select the order number you’d like to track, then click the tracking link that appears at the top of the page.
Please note: it may take up to 48 hours from the time the mail carrier scans your package to when tracking information is available.
LOST & STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly. With USPS, you can file a Missing Mail Search, and you can also File a Claim to claim the $50 insurance included with Priority Mail, which we can do our best to assist you with, if needed.
LOCAL IN-STORE PICKUP
For our local customers, you can also choose IN-STORE PICKUP for free, and we will have your order ready the day your order is placed (usually within the hour!).

Thank you for making your purchase with us here at The Shop. More than anything, we want you to love your purchased goods. Website orders are eligible for a full refund to original payment method (excluding shipping fees), or online gift card, IF product(s) is returned within 14 days after the date that you your order was delivered.
Items that were purchased need to be returned in the same, "sellable" condition as when originally purchased. i.e: not washed, not worn, not damaged, and with all original tags and accessories attached.
SWIMWEAR MUST HAVE HYGIENIC LINER STILL IN PLACE.
SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for return/refund/exchange/store credit.
Shipping fees will not reimbursed for returned purchases.
All returns must meet the following requirements:
- Product must be returned within 14 days of you receiving your order.
- Product must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags and accessories attached.
- Footwear must include the original shoe box, in its original condition.
- When an item is returned, shipping charges are not refunded. You are responsible for the costs of shipping any item back to The Shop.
