Inspired by the vintage men’s styles of days gone by, this hat is designed to make a statement. Featuring a stiffened wool fedora with rigid crown design that’s trimmed with a tonal grosgrain ribbon – stand out with a statement that’s all you.

  • Cactus Green 100% soft Australian wool trimmed with tonal Green grosgrain ribbon.
  • This hat is crafted from 100% Australian wool, a completely natural, renewable and biodegradable fibre.
  • Brim measures 10 cm / 3.95”.
  • Grosgrain edged hat rim and bow ribbon detail.
  • Classic crown height.
  • This hat is accredited with a UPF Rating 50+ (Australian Tested).
  • Please note, due to the light color and nature of the wool dyeing process, some flecking or marks may be present in wool.
  • Rancher sizing runs slightly wide/large due to crown design.
  • Sizing runs approx. 0.5-1 cm larger than tagged size.
  • E.g. a 55 cm tagged Rancher's true measurement is 55.5-56 cm.
  • Please size down or add a hat filler if you are in-between sizes.

SHIPPING:
As you order, you will see your shipping costs automatically calculated for you based on your shipping address, and the method you choose. We will ship any method you prefer (most commonly used and most cost-efficient, is USPS).

We ship out your orders usually DAY OF order placement, or next business day (depending if order was submitted over the weekend or not).

We are not responsible for issues with orders not being delivered or lost. Once they have left our store, they are out of our hands. We can help you apply for a Missing Mail claim, but we are not responsible for items lost.

 

LOCAL IN-STORE PICKUP:
For our local customers, you can also choose LOCAL IN-STORE PICKUP for free, and we will have your order ready minutes after your order is placed.

Thank you for making your purchase with us here at The Shop.  More than anything, we want you to love your purchased goods. Website orders are eligible for a full refund to original payment method (excluding shipping fees), or online gift card, IF product(s) is returned within 14 days after the date that you your order was delivered.

Items that were purchased need to be returned in the same, "sellable" condition as when originally purchased. i.e: not washed, not worn, not damaged, and with all original tags and accessories attached.

SWIMWEAR MUST HAVE HYGIENIC LINER STILL IN PLACE.

SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for return/refund/exchange/store credit.

 

Shipping fees will not reimbursed for returned purchases.

All returns must meet the following requirements:

  • Product must be returned within 14 days of you receiving your order.
  • Product must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags and accessories attached.
  • Footwear must include the original shoe box, in its original condition.
  • When an item is returned, shipping charges are not refunded. You are responsible for the costs of shipping any item back to The Shop. 

How should I send my purchases back for a refund?

  1. Neatly repackage your items with receipt or order paperwork that came with your purchase.
  2. Send back your return to us (at your expense) to the address below, using any method desired:

    Returns + Refund Time

    If your return arrives in the 14-day return window and meets the guidelines above, your payment will be refunded to your original method of payment ASAP. *Keep in mind, some banks take 3-7 business days to post refunds.
    We will send a refund confirmation as soon as the return is processed.
